Terms of service

By visiting www.st-seb.com and/or purchasing a product, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms of service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, or contributors of content.

New features added to the current website shall also be subject to these terms of service. You can review the most current version at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any change, constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

A. PAYMENT METHODS

Saint Sebastian accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, PayPal and Maestro. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to www.st-seb.com using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing the information. Saint Sebastian does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website. No fees are charged for the use of credit cards. The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched.

If you pay with an international card, the amount is reserved immediately. The amount is reserved on your card or account until we deduct the amount when we ship the item, or the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

B. LOCAL LEVIES/TAXES & DUTIES

Depending on your region and local customs legislation, charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) can occur. These charges are at your own expense. Prices are shown without shipping fees until checkout.

C. RETURNS

You have the right to return your purchase by contacting us within 30 (thirty) days from the date you receive your goods. Please be cautious when trying on garments and avoid contact with fragrances, including perfumes, essential oils, deodorants, etc.

If you wish to return, please send an e-mail to info@st-seb.com to initiate the process.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed.

We suggest using a shipping method with tracking services to avoid lost items. The responsibility of the package is yours until it has been safely delivered.

The item(s) can not be be worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached.


D. COSTS FOR RETURN

Saint Sebastian is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of an item. Refunds for returned items will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Saint Sebastian receives the return. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded. 

E. THE STATE OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU RETURN

The item(s) must be returned in unused condition with all tags and in original packaging.

If the item's value is reduced because you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the item and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the item's saleable value; in some instances, this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.

F. REFUND OF THE PURCHASE

If you return a purchase in an unused condition, you will receive a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when we receive your returned item(s). Your refund will be returned to the same method of payment which you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. 

If the item's value is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

Saint Sebastian will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery cost if you have paid for it. However, this does not apply to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form other than the cheapest standard form of delivery we offer.


G. WARRANTY

When you purchase with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Before returning an article, please get in touch with us. If your complaint is justified, you may either have the item replaced, your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

All items from Saint Sebastian have a 2 (two) year manufacturing warranty. This warranty includes faults in the fabric, production, and other manufacturing-related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please get in touch with us at info@st-seb.com

In determining a claimable defect in the item, the customer must notify Saint Sebastian within a reasonable period from the date the defect was discovered. Anything within 2 (two) months after the defect has been discovered is within a reasonable time. If the claim is justified, the customer will be refunded a fair amount for shipping the item. Remember to obtain a dispatch receipt so we can pay back your freight costs.

H. SHIPPING

Saint Sebastian ships packages with multiple couriers depending on delivery location. The couriers we use are GLS, UPS, FedEx and Post Nord. Delivery time for regular service in Denmark is 2-3 business days, Europe is 3-5 business days, and standard service outside Europe is 8-10 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on the country. Prices are calculated on www.st-seb.com after the delivery address is entered and added to the order at checkout. 

Please note, if you refuse to receive your order, the cost of the shipping for the redirect (return to sender) will be deducted from your refund.

 

I. WHERE YOU CAN COMPLAIN

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please get in touch with us at info@st-seb.com. 

If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus in Denmark (naevneneshus.dk). According to regulations, in order to complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 720 DKK and 100.000 DKK. Please note that a fee will be charged to create a case.

If you reside outside Denmark, you can file a complaint with the EU Commission’s online complaints portal (ec.europa.eu/odr).
